Bob's Red Mill White Cake mix
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 small can pureed pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
Beat very well together. Let set for a few minutes. Pour into prepared cupcake tin. Bake a 325 until done in the middle. You can use cream cheese frosting. Use the star tip to swirl around and around from the center outward to decorate, as pictured below, if you'd like.
