4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves
1 8 oz. jar of Basil pesto
2 Roma tomatoes
2-3 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Pound chicken to tenderize. Place in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Spoon pesto sauce over the top of the chicken, covering the surface. Slice up the tomatoes and lay slices on top of the pesto sauce. Sprinkle cheese over the top, fully covering the surface.
Place in oven, uncovered. Bake for 25 minutes.
