Serves 9 8-oz. servings
7 cups hot brewed coffee
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cup cream
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
7 Tbsp. sugar or more if desired
Whipped cream
Sprinkle of nutmeg
Directions:
In 5 qt. or larger crock pot, add all ingredients except for the last two. Stir, cover and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir, serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
