2 3 oz. pkgs. strawberry jello
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 large Cool Whip
1 angel food cake, broken into pieces
Directions:
Mix jello with 2 cups of boiling water. Add strawberries, juice and all. Let thicken in the refrigerator until thick enough to add Cool Whip. Fold in well. Pour over broken cake in pieces in large bowl. Mix well. Pour into angel food or bundt cake pan and push down gently with a spatula. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. When ready to serve, put the bottom, and partially up the side, of the cake pan into a large bowl with very warm water to loosen the cake from the pan. Put a large serving plate over the top and, while securely holding on to the plate, turn upside down. Slice the cake and serve!
