Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops, ½ inch thick
1 Tbs olive oil
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup gluten free Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt, as desired
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine the last 5 ingredients in a shallow dish; stir until well combined. Brush each pork chop lightly on both sides with olive oil. Dredge the pork chops in bread crumb mixture, turning to coat; shake off excess. Place chops on a roasting pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn chops and bake for another 15 minutes or until no pink remains.
