4 pieces of Swai fish fillets (~ 1 lb.)
1 tsp. cooking wine
~ 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash
Sliced ginger root (4 thin strips)
sliced green onion (optional)
Directions:
1. Thaw fish and pat dry with paper towel
2. Lay flat on a glass plate. (Fish will produce some juice so the plate can't be too shallow)
3. Season with cooking wine and sprinkle with salt and unsalted lemon pepper on one side
4. Evenly lay sliced ginger on the top.
5. Marinate 20 minutes at room temperature or 45 minutes in a fridge
6. Cook for 7 minutes after steam arises. (Count the time only after steam is coming out of the steamer)
7. Garnish with sliced green onion.
