1 pkt. Egg Flower Soup Mix (from Kikkoman) This item is not gluten free as of this writing.
5 cups of water
Soft tofu (cubed)
1 well beaten egg
cilantro (optional)
Directions:
(Mostly follow the directions on the package)
1. Combine contents of package with 5 cups of water in a saucepan.
2. Add tofu
3. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 10 minutes or longer.
4. Turn up heat, gradually add 1 well beaten egg to boiling soup, stir gently in one direction.
5. Add cilantro before serving.
