Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
5 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups gluten free oats
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, add the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Over medium-high heat, bring it to a boil, stirring frequently to help the butter to melt. Boiling it means that there are bubbles all across the top of the liquid. Once it gets to the boiling point, boil for exactly 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal and stir to combine.
Working quickly, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a sheet of waxed paper. They will cool and harden within a few minutes.
