1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and divided
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
In a blender container, combine half the blueberries with the remaining ingredients; blend until a smooth, thick dressing forms. Drizzle dressing over the salad and sprinkle with the remaining blueberries.
