3/4 box powdered sugar
2 cups peanut butter
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. milk
almond bark or other melting chocolate
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate. You want the dough to be thick and not wet so that it will make good balls. After mixing the dough, put it in the refrigerator to chill for about half an hour. Then roll into balls. Stick toothpick into the ball and dip it into the melted chocolate. The top of the ball doesn't need to be completely covered because that is what makes it look like a buckeye. After dipping, place it on wax paper to dry. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
