1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Chicken flavored Rice a Roni
Grated cheddar cheese
Cook the Rice a Roni as directed on the box. While that is cooking, brown the sausage in a separate skillet. Drain off fat when done. Combine sausage with the cooked Rice a Roni, along with the can of cream of chicken soup. Put into a casserole dish (or you can use the 8x8 Pyrex dish that I gave you) and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned. Can serve with some vegetable and applesauce, and like Emeril says, “Bamm!”
