2-3 18 oz packages of frozen Brussels sprouts, defrosted
minced garlic, to taste
olive oil to drizzle
salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut defrosted sprouts in half to increase surface area. Lay out in 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle with enough olive oil to lightly coat the sprouts, stir. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and minced garlic. Stir until seasonings are equally distributed. Roast in pre-heated oven for 45-60 minutes. Watch closely as they get closer to being done so they don't burn.
