1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup all purpose white flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 Egg
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 can cream style corn
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice (I used sharp cheddar, but pepper jack would be good too).
Preheat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well mixed. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 23 minutes.
