Gluten Free Ice Cream Sandwiches

Gluten Free chocolate cake mix, made according to directions on box

Bake in a waffle maker until done. Allow to cool. Put vanilla ice cream on bottom waffle and top with another waffle. You can also stick mini chocolate chips around the edge on the ice cream, as pictured below. Place in freezer until firmly set.
