Pkg of Italian sausage. (sweet, mild, or spicey)
Chopped onion
Chicken broth 4 cups maybe (enough to boil potatoes in)
Several potatoes 4 or 5. (I’ve used all kinds of potatoes, whatever you prefer)
Heavy whipping cream
Kale
Brown sausage & onions in bottom of soup pot.
Add potatoes
Cover with chicken stock & let boil.
Once the potatoes are soft add heavy whipping cream to desired fat consistency…about ¾ qt. If you run out of whipping cream, you can use milk or half-n-half. It will be good, just not as thick.
