Bread crumbs
1 tsp. chopped fresh Dill
1 tsp. chopped fresh Chives
1 tsp. chopped fresh Tarragon
6 center cut salmon fillets, 4 oz. each
Preheat oven to 450. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs with the seasonings, mixing well. Sprinkle both sides of each salmon fillet with salt and pepper; place on a baking sheet. Top each with an equal amount of bread crumb mixture; lightly spray with nonstick spray.
Bake until topping is browned and salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
