(1) 8 ounce cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar - blend these together
add:
(1) 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
(1) 10 ounce sliced frozen strawberries
(2) Large bananas (cut into pieces)
(1) cup chopped pecans
(1) 8 ounce Cool Whip (or whipping of your choice).
Mix all together
Fold in 8 ounces of cool whip put into cupcakes liner cups into your muffin pans and freeze. When totally frozen put into zip lock bags in your freezer.
Tip:
Let your cream cheese get room temperature, let your strawberries thaw out and let your Cool Whip thaw also. Makes easier for mixing together. (some times I use the mixer until I add the Cool Whip, then I just fold it in so it will be fluffy.
