1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, ground in food processer
1 cup sugar
1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup pineapple juice
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped celery
Directions:
Combine cranberries and sugar and set aside.
Dissolve jello in the hot water. Add the pineapple juice from the can of crushed pineapple. Add cranberry mixture, crushed pineapple, walnuts and celery. Refrigerate overnight or until completely set.
