Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ cup gluten free basil pesto
2 plum tomatoes
Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package gluten free angel hair pasta
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F. Cover cookie sheet with foil. Place chicken in bowl and top with pesto sauce. Toss until chicken is covered. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. While chicken is cooking, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Place slices of tomato on top of chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 3-5 minutes.
