1 box of powdered sugar (or a little less)
2 cups of peanut butter
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. milk
Almond bark or other melting chocolate
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate. You might only need to use 3/4 of the box of sugar. You want the dough to be thick and not wet so that it will form good balls. After mixing the dough, put it in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes. Remove and roll into balls.
Melt the chocolate in a pan over low heat. Stick a toothpick into the peanut butter ball and dip in the chocolate about 3/4 of the way up to the top of the ball.
After dipping, place balls on wax paper or parchment paper to dry. Store in an airtight container.
