1 ½ cups finely crushed graham crackers
¼ cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip
2 small pkgs. Instant pudding (Chocolate, Pistachio, Butterscotch or lemon)
3 ½ cups cold milk
Combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of a 9x13 dish. Beat cream cheese, with other ¼ cup of sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in ½ of Cool Whip. Spread over the crust. Using the 3 ½ cups milk, prepare pudding as directed on the box. Pour over the cream cheese layer. Chill several hours in frig. Spread remaining Cool Whip over the top before serving.
