4 chicken breasts (cooked and cut into strips)
1 stick butter
1 large onion chopped
2 small cans green chilies
1 small carton whipping cream
1 (8oz) bar cream cheese (sometimes I use 2 if there was a lot of chicken)
1 package (8 oz)of Monterey Jack cheese; grated
10-12 flour or corn tortillas
Sauté onion in butter; add green chilies and cooked chopped chicken. Remove from heat. Cut up cream cheese and add to chicken mixture. Place 1/2 cup of mixture onto each tortilla and roll tight. Place seam down in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour whipping cream over tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes!
