Stamford A must travel to both Boston A and B and entertain Stamford B and Grantham, while Spalding host Sleaford and travel to Boston B and Grantham to secure a place in the last regional format county final at Louth on April 12.
The rink of Ron Blake, Jim Pryor, Chris Ballard and Jeff Pitt took the rink honours 30-12 at Sleaford, including counts of 6,5 & 4, while Adam Warrington’s rink ( with Malcolm Mitchell, Jay Travis and Neil Wright) claimed 13 shots in the last nine ends to win 23-12.

With an amazing comeback, they beat the established Lincoln duo of Sheila Plaskitt and Lyn Mountain at Sleaford 19-18, claiming seven shots over the last six ends after trailing 12-18.
The rink of Tony Barwell, John Holroyd, Tony Scarr and Trevor Collins are just one step from reaching the national finals at Nottingham.
They face the Lincoln rink skipped by George Draper at Sleaford on February 25 having beaten Rod West’s Boston quartet 27-8 in the Area semi-final.

After a hectic series of match in nine disciplines, Northants Bowling Federation stages its county finals at Peterborough IBC on Sunday, starting at 10am.
Another title not on taking place on finals day will eventually see national under 25 singles champion Ollie Jeapes facing his local rival Owen Aspinall, on a date yet to be decided, owing both teenager finalists being in national action in York on the same day.
