BAD WEATHER CLOSES STAMFORD IBA Wednesday Feb 28

Persistent snow showers adding to already nearly a foot of snow in the car park has led to the closure of Stamford IBC today (Wednesday, February 28).

Stamford Town centre is understood to be gridlocked and several outlying villages are also believed to be cut off or roads impassable.

Those who have booked rinks or league matches tomorrow (Thursday March 1st) are requested to contact the club number (01780 756452) before travelling.

The club closed at 4.15 pm today, Thursday, but intends to open as normal Friday 2 March. Some league games have been cancelled. Please note However, that large parts of the car park are still covered with snow & Ice so please take care.

Club closed at 3.00 pm Friday 2 March and will next open for coaching at 9.30 am Saturday 3 March weather permitting. If in doubt please phone before travelling.
