1/2 cup coconut oil
2.5 tbsp light brown sugar
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup agave syrup
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup flaked almonds
3/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup wholewheat flour
2 tbsp milled flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup dried blueberries
Mix the coconut oil, light brown sugar and agave syrup in a pan and heat until it begins to bubble.
Pour the sauce into a bowl and then mix in all the dry ingredients.
Press into a baking tray and Cook at 180℃ (350℉) for 35-40minutes
Cut and serve, or save for later
