Filling
3 medium potatos, peeled, cut in chunks
1 TL ginger, grated
20 gr raw beetroot, grated
chillies, chopped
2 TL koriander, chopped
1 TL koriander, ground
1 TL komijn, ground
1 TL salt
Dough
50 gr whole meel
50 gr plain flour
50-70 ml cold water
1 EL oil

Worden 6-7 stuks
Cook potatos, 10 min, mash.
Mix the rest of the ingredients with the potatos.
Make the dough, rest for 30 min, divide in 4, roll out in circles, 2 mm thick. (ik rol hele deeg uit en steek rondjes uit met grootste van mijn ronde vormpjes)
Fill the patties (1 EL), fold over, pinch the edges and roll out again to almost 2 mm thick.
Bake in pan with oil till crisp
Serve with chutney and salad
