125 gr boter
500 gr dark brown sugar
120 ml milk
250 gr crunchy peanut butter
1 vanilla pod, seeds only
300 gr icing sugar
Melt butter
Stir in sugar and milk, boil for 3 min without stirring
Remove from heat
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla
Put icing sugar in big bowl, pour hot butter-sugar-mixture on top, beat until smooth
Pour into 20 cm square tray, let cool, refridgerate
