Blend
1/3 cup wholegrain flour
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup dried figs
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup dried cranberries (or dates)
To add
1.5 cups chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried figs
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tsp apple sauce
of ipv gedroogd fruit: müsli, zaadjes, cacaonibs
Heel lekker, wel zoet! Evt. meer appelmoes maar minder suiker. Ipv gedroogd fruit en noten die later worden toegevoegd, heb ik müsli, zaadjes, cacao nibs genomen
Place all the ‘blending’ ingredients in a food processor and blitz until it’s formed a powder
Stir in the remaining figs, apricots, cranberries, walnuts and apple sauce into a stick mix.
Press into a baking tray and Cook at 180℃ (350℉) for 35-40minutes
Cut and serve, or save for later
