2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp apple sauce
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cinnamon
2/3 cup blended dates
1 cup dried chopped apples
Put the oats, pecans and coconut flakes on a baking tray, mix together, and bake at 180℃ (350℉) for 10-12 minutes
Meanwhile, mix the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, apple sauce, nutmeg, cinnamon and blended dates together in a pan. Stir over a low heat until well mixed
Add the dried apple and the baked mix from earlier and stir together.
Press into a tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut and serve, or save for later
