200g Milk alternative
1 tsp Sea salt
150g Brown sugar
200g Crunchy peanut butter
5g Baking powder
230g flour

1 cup + 2 tbsp milk of choice
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup spelt, white, or ap gf flour
1 cup unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder
1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup brown sugar, unrefined if desired
1/3 cup unrefined sugar OR stevia baking blend
loosely packed 2 tbsp cornstarch or flaxmeal
2/3 cup mini chocolate chips, optional

330 gr chocolate, melted
231 gr flour
½ + 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
¼ + 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
3 flax eggs – OR Two Egg Remplacer (ik heb flax egg gedaan)
288 gr brown sugar
172 gr melted oil
103 gr water
1,5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1,5 cup chocolate chips, unmelted (of gehakte geroosterde hazelnoten)

Heel lekker, lekker chocoladerig en toch niet te machtig
Ook lekker met noten en/of bessen erin (bvb cranberries)
Of bovenop bvb noten, Halva, marshmallow
Melt together the dark chocolate & salt with the milk alternative in a dish over a pan of water.
Mix together well then add the everything except the flour, mixing together thoroughly for around 20 seconds.
Once you have a paste like substance mix in the gluten free flour. Line the baking tray with grease proof paper and scrape in the brownie batter. Bake at160c in a pre heated oven for 40 minutes, turning half way.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool and refrigerate over night.

Ook lekker, beetje cake-achtig, met wat chocoladestukjes en nootjes wordt het brownie-achtiger
Start by creaming together your sugar, oil, and water.
Add in your flour, salt, applesauce, vanilla, cocoa, and baking soda.
Evt. chocoladestukjes en nootjes erbij, dan wordt het brownie-achtiger, anders is het een beetje meer cake.
Mix until well combined.
Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish. Mijn silicone vierkante vorm
Bake at 350 degrees (180°C) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until baked through. 30 min op 1/3 van boven in de oven, conventioneel boven/onderhitte.

Whisk together the first 3 ingredients, then set aside.
If using flax, whisk it in as well.
Preheat oven to 330F.
Grease a 9×13 pan or line with parchment paper, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughlycombine all remaining ingredients.
Pour wet into dry, stir to combine, and pour into prepared pan. Smooth down.
Bake 16 minutes.
The brownies will look a little underdone when they come out, but that’s okay!
Refrigerate – they start to firm up after a few hours and are nice and cut-able by the next day, and the taste is much better the next day as well.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze.
Jessica in the kitchen - Fudgy Vegan Brownies
Fenomenaal lekker, heel chocoladerig. Bijna een bonbon. De chocolate chips zijn echt ook een must of anders gehakte geroosterde hazelnoten.
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Melt chocolate in microwave for a minute
In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, salt and baking soda until combined. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add the flax eggs, sugar and oil and mix until combined for about 2 minutes. If you have a hand mixer, really whip it all together on high speed, or by hand very vigorously. Add the water and the vanilla extract and mix.
Add the dry mixture from earlier to the wet mixture along with the melted chocolate and stir for about 3 minutes until combined.
Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Pour into a greased, parchment lined, or a greased foil-lined 8×8 square pan. (mijn aluminium Brownie vorm)
Bake for 60 minutes.
