2 tbsp almond butter
5 tbsp date syrup
3 ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1 cup puffed rice
2/3 cup almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup milled flaxseed
1 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
Blend the almond butter, date syrup and bananas together to make a thick creamy consistency.
Combine all the dry ingredients, then pour over the creamy mix and stir together.
Scoop the mix into a baking tray and press down. Cook at 180 (350℉) for 25 minutes.
Cut and serve, or save for later
