Duckfolk

Duckfolk are a species of sentient, walking, and talking ducks that have grown to human-like intelligence. They are very shrewd, but also incredibly easy to get on their bad side.

Physical Description: The Duckfolk look like humanoids crossed with ducks. Some possess battle scars, or patches of feathers that are inconsistent in their make-up due to the feathers being torn out in past battles.

Most Common Alignment: Duckfolk are mostly Neutral or Orderly, very rarely stretching to the likes of Holy Disorder or Unholy Disorder.

Most Common Class: Most Duckfolk are attuned to becoming Priests, Soldiers, Nobles, or even more exotic classes like Alchemist or Jedi.

Most Common Deity: Duckfolk do not have a chief deity they worship, although some do give reverence to gods like YHVH.

Tempermental: Duckfolk do not appreciate being insulted, cajoled, or deceived. If anyone attempts a Persuasion or Deception check against them, they receive a +4 to attack and damage but a -4 to all Defenses (except Will Defense) for 1d10+2 rounds.

Death Rage: If a Duckfolk is reduced to 0 HP or below, they do not fall unconscious and are not staggered. Instead, they fly into a rage and gain the same bonuses from Tempermental. This rage ends if combat ends, or they are reduced to negative HP equal to double their total HP.
