Your pinpointing of an enemies' weaknesses allow you to take advantage of them and potentially deal more damage.

EXP Cost: 3 EXP

Benefit(s): As a move action, make an attack against the Will Defense of an enemy you can see within your line of sight. This attack uses Charisma. On a successful hit, choose one of two effects:

• Reduce the target's Resistance to a single arcane element by your Charisma, to a minimum of Resistance 1 in that element.

• Increase damage dealt against an opponent's weakness, dealing double damage instead of +50% damage.

Hawkeye's effects last for 1 round per point in Charisma.
