Description: For 1 round, the affected creature is unable to use healing spells or healing potions to recover hit points. They also lose Regeneration if they have it.

By spending 1 EXP to advance the spell, the amount of rounds the creature is affected for is increased by 1 (to a total of 6 rounds).
