Technology Swarm

You can create a swarm of technological terror.

EXP Cost: 5 EXP

Benefit(s): As a full-round action you can create a 6 square radius and all Androids, Constructs made of technology and/or metal, and technological items have an attack made against their Will Defense using your Use Computers check. On a success, those caught in the technological swarm are powered off. These items are powered off for 1 minute - the Android and Constructs are considered helpless for a number of rounds equal to the amount that the Use Computers check bypassed their Will Defense (minimum 1 round).
