Description: Make an attack roll against a target within 6 squares. On a successful hit against their Will Defense you sap the luck from them. The target takes 2d4 points of damage, and takes a -4 penalty to all d20 rolls. You in turn gain a +4 bonus to all d20 rolls. This bonus/penalty lasts for 1d4+1 rounds.
