Goes Against: Will Defense

Description: You create an illusion of something particularly funny, causing an enemy you target to resist falling under the compulsion to laugh. On a successful attack against their Will Defense, the target affected takes a -1 penalty to all d20 checks on their turn for 1 round. If their Will Defense is bypassed by 10 or more they are unable to take any action.

By spending 1 EXP to advance the spell, the penalty to d20 checks is further increased by 1 (to a maximum penalty of -5).
