Benefit(s): You can unleash a gout of elemental energy in a 6 square cone as a full-round action. This burst deals 20d6 points of damage and adds double your Wisdom. On a miss, your opponent takes half damage. This goes against the target's Reflex Defense, and your attack can use Wisdom to hit instead of Dexterity, whichever is higher.
