Description: You fill your body with force energy, and move at blinding speeds. You gain an additional +4 squares to your movement speed. In addition, you can jump a number of squares equal to half your movement speed as if it were a fly speed.

You can roll a Spellcraft check DC 25 and on a success you double your movement speed (after adding the +4).
