You are adept with striking foes hard, however this comes at the cost of accuracy.

Prerequisite(s): Strength 2

Benefit(s): When making a melee attack roll on your turn, you can choose to take a -2 penalty and gain a +4 bonus to damage. This penalty and bonus lasts until the beginning of your next turn (applying it to attacks of opportunity until then).
