Silent Casting (Magic)

You can cast spells without using your voice.

Prerequisite(s): Deception 5 ranks

Benefit(s): You can cast spells without using your voice. Deception checks against character's Awareness is done to make sure they don't realize you casting the spell. This is not required to be used on Psychic or Rune spells due to their usage not requiring a voice.

Using Silent Casting uses up an additional point from the caster's Magic Pool.
