Description: The cold surrounding the caster is manipulated to such a point that it freezes and chills all enemies near the caster to the point of potential frostbite. Enemies who are hit by this attack to their Fortitude Defense take 6d8 points of cold damage, and are brought one step down the condition track. This continues on their turn if they end their turn within the radius of the spell.
