Description: On a successful attack against the Fortitude Defense of those within the cone, they take 5d10 points of fire damage and are brought two steps down the condition track. This is resolved before applying the damage and seeing if it bumps them down the condition track. On a critical hit, they are instead brought four steps down the condition track before damage.
