Description: You create a force storm in a 10x10 target area, and everyone caught in the storm take 20d8 points of damage if their Reflex Defense is hit. The force storm persists for 4 rounds afterwards, dealing 20 damage to those who stay inside of it with no attack against Reflex Defense. Force storm imposes a -10 to Awareness to those who are inside of it.
