Psychological Warfare (Combat)

You learn an enemies' darkest secret, and recite it back to them as a means to terrify them.

Prerequisite(s): Satori, Half Satori, or the ability to cast Mind Reading

Benefit(s): As a swift action you can use your Third Eye, Minor Third Eye, or Mind Reading (this expends MP) to read your foe's mind to discover their darkest secrets and recite it back to them in an attempt to make them confront the ugly truth. Make an attack against their Will Defense, and on a successful hit the target is frightened for 1 round + 1 additional round for every 5 points their Will Defense is bypassed.
