Oozes start with the following unless otherwise stated.

• • Mindless: Oozes possess no intelligence score. Because of this, they are immune to all mind-affecting effects. An ooze with an intelligence score loses this trait.

  • Blind: Oozes instead can see by sensing tremors in the ground through 'tremor sense'. They have an immunity to gaze attacks, visual effects, illusions, and attacks that rely on or target sight.

  • Immunity to poison, disease, sleep, paralysis, polymorph, and stunning.

  • Immune to critical hits and flanking.

  • Oozes eat and breathe, but do not sleep.
