Stinging Jab (Combat)

Your weapon strikes hurt a lot, and cause your target to slow in their tracks.

Prerequisite(s): Martial Arts II, Dual Weapon Mastery II, or Weapon Specialization

Benefit(s): Instead of doing damage on a successful attack, you can instead opt to deal your half your die's damage as a penalty to movement. For example: 1d4 would be a -2 move, 1d10 would be a -5 move, 2d6 would be a -6 move, and so on. This penalty can reduce movement to 0, preventing your target from moving (but not preventing them from taking action and not counting them as paralyzed or helpless).
