Description: While affected by Swarm Form, you (or an affected ally) can as a free action assume the form of a large sized swarm. While in this form you can enter an opponent's square without provoking an attack of opportunity (and you must be within their square to attack them). Attacks you make while in the swarm form also inflict the dazed condition on whoever is hit, and the condition lasts for 1 round.
