Spell Destruction

You use pure arcane energy to disrupt spells and magic items.

EXP Cost: 3 EXP

Benefit(s): By spending 1 MP you can affect anyone within 8 squares of you with Spell Destruction. If the target is affected by a spell or magic item, you can disrupt that spell or magic item by rolling an attack roll (as if it were a spell) against the effect. Spells have a DC of 10 + EXP Cost, and Magic Items have a base Will Defense of 10 that is increased by 1 for every 1,000 G the magic item is worth. On a success, a spell is dispelled or a magic item is nonfunctional for 1 minute.
