Goes Against: Fortitude Defense

Description: You cause yourself to exude a radioactive radius around yourself. All creatures within 6 squares of you (enemy and ally alike) have an attack made against their Fortitude Defense. On a failure, their muscles weaken and become languid. Those within the radius (excluding yourself) take 2d10 points of damage to their total HP. The onset is 6 rounds, and the frequency of the attacks against their Fortitude Defense after being infected is once per round. In addition to this, the infected take a penalty to attack equal to your casting stat. Those who get within 2 squares of someone infected by this radiation within the 6 rounds (except the caster) have an attack made against their Fortitude Defense.
